ReportLedger ("ReportLedger," "we," "us"), a Minnesota-based business, provides a private documentation platform licensed exclusively to a single client firm (the "Client"). This policy explains what information we collect from the platform's authorized users, how we use it, and your rights.
This policy applies to the ReportLedger website and platform (the "Services"). The Services are business tools for authorized professional users — we do not market to or collect information from the general public, and no payments are collected through the Services.
We do not collect payment or billing information (no payments occur through the Services). We do not collect data entered into offline tools, including claim files, property information, insured parties' personal information, photographs, or report content — that data resides with you and your organization.
We use collected information to: (a) provide, secure, and maintain the Services; (b) authenticate authorized users under the ReportLedger License Agreement; (c) communicate about updates, releases, and support; (d) comply with legal obligations; and (e) protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Services:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Portal database and authentication (hosted components) |
| Netlify | Website and application hosting; contact-form processing |
| Google Workspace | Business email |
Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
We retain account information for as long as your access is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your account data (Section 9). Portal access logs are retained for 90 days.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed credentials for hosted components. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
The Services are business tools intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. Because the Services are limited to authorized business users, most requests can be handled directly: contact us at support@reportledger.com and we will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws (including California and Minnesota) may have additional statutory rights.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date and notify the Client of material changes.
